1. Services
NovaERM provides a secure, private SaaS platform designed for organizations to manage and assess operational, compliance, and safety risks. Access is granted only to authorized company users.
2. Accounts
Each user account is issued under a company's license. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities performed under their account.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use the platform solely for lawful, business-related purposes.
- Ensure all data entered is accurate and up to date.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to system resources.
- Respect all applicable data protection and confidentiality obligations.
4. Subscription and Billing
Where applicable, usage fees or subscription costs will be communicated in writing. Non-payment or violation of payment terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform components, including code, design, databases, and materials, are the property of the NovaERM development team or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform as intended under their company's agreement.
6. Termination
NovaERM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or engages in unauthorized activities. Company-level access may also be terminated upon contract expiration or breach.
7. Modifications to the Service
NovaERM may modify, improve, or discontinue any feature of the platform. Material changes will be communicated to registered company administrators where possible.
8. Data and Confidentiality
NovaERM treats all company and user data as confidential. Data is stored securely and used only for delivering risk assessment functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
NovaERM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NovaERM is registered. Any disputes shall be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
